"I was transferred to Mitch's office a year or two ago. Since then I have had nothing but issues. I discounts are being dropped due to software issues. Mitch's office has yet to get my discounts reinstated, even after I emailed they all the information they asked for. I have made multiple calls and they always say the someone else is working on it. It's been two months. They never follow up and do not return my calls. I do not recommend this office."

"Do Not Use Mitchell Briegel if you are in the service or trade industry. He doesn't respect our craft and thinks our service should be free. Our company was called out to repair a commercial RTU furnace. We went through our normal diagnostic and determined the controls were not programmed correctly. We fixed the issue quickly and he was charged $181. Mitchell Briegel instead of calling the office to say he was unhappy wrote our company a one star vindictive review telling others not to use us. So keep that in mind next time you call this guy for an insurance quote. Be sure to write him a bad review if you think his insurance rates are too high."
